Knowing how to sharpen the customer's five senses in your retail can make all the difference when creating a positive and complete experience for your consumer. We know that many people, especially in recent years, have started to consume more online. However, this is not an excuse to neglect your POS . Quite the opposite! Think of it this way: If the shopper can now buy online, but still continues to go to your physical store, it is because you offer him something special on his trip to your supermarket.
