Alcoy: the industrial pioneer of the Valencian Community

In its 192 square meters it exhibits archaeological pieces organized by theme and chronology. Belonging to the Paleolithic, Neolithic, Bronze Age, Iberian and Roman periods.

This is the spectacular Plaza Mayor of Alcoy . A product of 19th century neoclassical style architecture, its floor has a harmonious color design and its porticos in the shape of classicist style arches belonging to the Convent of San Agustín (14th century). It also has a Gothic style portico belonging to the homonymous church that existed next to the convent. The ten buildings that comprise it are integrated and accessed through its ground floor.

La Llotja de Sant Jordi
